Look at me, I will never pass for a perfect bride... I dont understand why they spoil steve coming back even if it an illusion (dont know if it is) in the trailer. Like, I feel that it"s a pretty important piece to keep under wraps until we see the movie.

Can yall quit complaining about no mushu, no Li Shang, and no songs. Yes I love them too, and yes imma miss them but your annoying complaining saying that the movie will be trash is the real upsetting part. You havent even watched the god damn thing and clearly theyre trying to be more true to the ballad of Mulan and the Chinese culture rather than the 1998 Mulan. First saw this movie years ago and love it so much. The story the acting and the overall production are all great. Hoping the Disney film can do justice to this story and not go over the top with supernatural additions like the witch protagonist. This movie so effectively illustrated the many traumas caused by war.

 

 

Still don"t know why they call this remake of mulan animated movie when it has almost nothing similiar to it... Honestly i wouldn"t like for this movie to flop,but i won"t feel sorry if it does. And remember, no disentigrations. Disney: blasted Granma, Wushu and Cricket) OOOPS. People angry: The Lion King 2019 is a exact copy of the original People angry: Mulan 2020 it ain"t the same as the original.

Live action ARIEL! ????. I remember her in 2005 drama Love of the Condor Heroes.

I absolutely love the part of 2:18. When Shang tells Mulan to go home, he says How could I make a man out of you. He couldn"t. That"s the important thing. Mulan had to do it for herself, she had to believe that she could do it. She had to use all of her resources to be a man (swift, strong, mysterious) even if she was in disadvantage. And she did it alone and she was the better. She showed everyone what being a man is. MULAN MADE A MAN OF HERSELF. I love that.

Hope this scene (especially this soundtrack) makes it to the live action film.
